About once a week, Youtube sends me what they think I'd like to watch. Here is one of them. Not sure if the sentencing fit the crime or not, I've never seen this guy.. You decide.

Yeah take a look at some of his other videos. The wheel is still spinning but the hamster died long ago. Lets not use him as the poster child for gun rights.

Yea the guy seems ... "a pickle short of a full a barrel," as Deog said. And if he acts like that normally then I'd agree that "(t)he wheel is still spinning but the hamster died long ago," as Vamo said. And I am not going to bother searching through his other YOUTUBE stuff since I think it is very likely he hams it up a lot there -- why would this one be any different?

I don't know what to say about this guy's predicument .... can only hope the judge got it right.

I will say one thing: I'm happy as a clam I don't post stuff on Youtube.

Bad example for us, but he will easily win a first amendment challenge. (unless he agreed to this as part of a probation on another conviction.)

FWIW; "Jesse Ventura" the former Gov of MN, started his political career with a run for mayor of Brooklyn Park MN because he couldn't get a valid CCW.
