Just kidding. It's the place in Austin where everyone goes to party. And by everyone, I mean all the UT hotties.

6th Street on weekend nights is a mile long party that everyone is invited to. There are dozens of bars, restaurants and clubs in the area whose sole mission is to get you plastered and shakin yer booty. The shot bars with $1 drinks are a good place to start.

Oh yea, before this gets locked out for Off Topic, Does anyone know a good range close to Lackland to shoot handguns?

If you can't find one when you get there, look in the yellow pages. There are a few listed there, and one is located at or near the Medina Annex. If you still can't find one, make a call to the Lackland Combat Arms facility, there's bound to be a couple of shooters out there.

Also there is a gunshop right off base (can't remember where though) that is owned by a retired Combat Arms Instructor. He would probably know.

Man thats the same time the NHRA is up in Dallas. Was planning on going to the drags.

Might have to rethink that now. Maybe drags on Saturday and guns on Sunday. Or vice versa.
