All,
I have gotten such good tech answers from all members here, and I know some of you at least own houses or work on them I thought I might ask this question.

Moderator .. it is up to you whether it rides or not???

I just purchased my second house. First house was 12 years old in great condition. This house is 40+ years old, in an older section of Atlanta. Totall covered in trees and been closed up for approx a year.

The house is very musty in lower section and crawlspace. I am going to have a air duct cleaning service come out and disinfect the air conditioning/heating system.

Does anybody else have any ideas???

Mop with bleach, and get one of those metering garden sprayers and spray the crawlspace with bleach. Works wonders. Make sure you do not add any ammonia to the bleach water, including stuff like pine-sol. That will release chlorine gas and kill you deader than fried chicken.

And, after that, go into the house and practice your drawstroke. There, at least something was said about guns in this thread :).
