Weird ammo question

This is probably a dumb question but...
Federal HST is no doubt good carry ammo. And I do carry it in .45 and 9mm (gold dot in .38)
But I was ordering from TDS tactical as I have before and I notice Federal HST 1,2,3,&4.

Same size boxes, prices

What is the difference?

According to Federal's website, 1 is HST bullet tech. 2 is Hydra-Shok, a little less velocity. HS3 is low recoil. Bullet is a lot lighter.

Looking at 9mm on TDS' website, 1 is 124 grain bullet, 2 is 147 grain, 4 is 9mm +P
