What 9mm pistols under $500 with external safety?

Just wondering if there are any other 9mm pistols under $500 that have a external safety (besides the Taurus 24/7)?

I see a lot of high end guns with an external safety, but not many under $500...

The Stoeger Cougar 8000 is around $350, has an external safety that doubles as de-cocker.

The Millennium PT111 has external safety. Not that I know how much it cost, but can't imagine it being over $500.

I, in no way am pushing Taurus either.

Ruger P-series. All have external safeties available. All are under $500.00 regardless of caliber. I have the P89 in 9mm and the 90 and 345 in .45ACP. They are all great guns.

New or used? New, I would recommend the CZ-75. Used opens up a whole host of possibilities.

A gently used Browning Hi-Power should come in under $500. Any S&W gen3 semi-auto should be under $500 used.
