Good choice. Definitely look at what guns have well supported chambers before you buy. Big hint: Delta Elite doesn’t, and low power rounds will notably swell the case. Medium power loads get scary close to a blowout. Second big hint: Rock Island is the cheapest game in town that has a well supported chamber, and my RIA is a fine gun. Well worth the $400 I paid. I only wish I had bought the fancier version of the RIA.
 
I had a Ortho appointment today and got a shot of cortisone in each knee.
Afterwards I went to Rural King and bought some ammo. Two boxes(20rd) of .45acp Federal Punch, some 32grain .204, and two boxes of cheap 9mm for practice.

I live north of a little town of about 10,000 population and we only have one four lane highway. the rest are two lane and three of the four are in poor condition. The nearest parkway is almost 100 miles away. I could happily live the rest of my life with no need to use it.
 
Saw a couple used Dillon SDBs at the local gun shop the other day. Been thinking about them ever since. Could be useful for low volume pistol rounds or dedicated hollow point presses. Decisions decisions…

Might have to check them out again.
 
Well, did not see any ammo cheaper than my LGS (or similar sources). And, three of the vendors I was counting on being there, weren't, so no joy for the AA2K mags. But, I did get a factory SIG 365 magazine. Also found a deal on an Olight imini2--which is something my briefcase has needed for a while (my AAA gimmie light gave up the ghost).
Decent show, rows C through P, so a couple rows short of "full." Not a lot of customers, but about half were buying rather than just looking.
Stopped for flautas Laredo afterwards to good stead.
A qualified success, if an incomplete one.
 
The last on my "I got surprise money from the Government and I'm going to buy CZ's! P-09, P-09 C Nocturne, P-10C , and just got the P10 F .45. I need a break now, although I spotted a CZ
 
Well i passed on the show this morning and headed up to the big store and grabbed another couple boxes of Remington Standard V 22lr ammo. If I understand this correctly, this is a new offering from Remington. I've been shooting it now a few weeks and am pretty impressed with it. At $26.95/550 on sale, quite a few boxes in the closet now. That extra $5 off helped as well today.
 
Probably a bag of pellets for the Green Mountain Grill...maybe a can of web effect paint, depends on what colors I can find.
