What to carry... what to carry?
The laundry list is long... depending on what mood I'm in and where I'm going.
I carry a model 39 Smith & Wesson sometimes, an SR-9 sometimes, a Model 4006 (or two), Beretta and LLama .380's, S&W Model 28 .357, and my personal favorite... a Bulgarian Makarov in 9x18. I also keep a .22LR Bobcat in my pocket, just for hard times.
I'm a firm believer in keeping plenty of clips as well... with my SR-9, I can carry a box of ammo in my gun and two clips... so when you carry... carry plenty.
Like the one armed sheriff's deputy in the movie "Ungorgiven"... I don't want to get killed for a lack of shootin' back...
I carry a "primary" and a backup most of the time... old LEO training and keep one in the car "just in case" when I'm travelling (extra).
For holsters, I usually use Tagua quick draw holsters for large weapons and inside the pants for .380's and smaller guns. I keep the pocket pistols... uh, in a pocket...
A lousy pic of my Seattle Detonics Combat Master.
HK USP .40 in either cheap gunmate IWB, or Fobus paddle holster.
S&W 9VE in Bianchi 6ATD IWB holster.
CZ-97B in same gunmate IWB (for now)
Glock 27 in a Galco IWB when I don't feel like carrying a fullsize.
9mm- 147 HST or 124 +P Gold Dot
.40- 180 Golden Saber or 180 Gold Dot or 155 Ranger non-T series
.45- was 185 Golden Saber, now it's gonna always be 230 +P HST. Those things are mean!
Some nice looking carry pieces. Here's mine.
HK P2000 .40 S&W
Don Hume IWB Holster
Depends on the time of day and time of the year....
Warm weather/daytime carry....My custom G27
Cool weather/nightime carry is my Sig 229 with the .357 barrel option. I prefer the .357 Sig over the .40 in general and since I have both barrels for this gun I practice with the .40 but carry the .357 Sig as my defensive round.
I carry a glock 36 just waiting for
my cross breed super tuck.In the summer I usually wear my guardian 32 auto in a galco deep cover iwb,.
XD9 Service. Grip chop for concealment when I'm carrying it in the tuckable Galco Skyops Holster. Armory Koted by the SA Custom Shop. TFO green dots.
Blackhawk Tactical Nylon Belt w/carbon fiber flashlight holster. Surefire 6P soon to be getting LED upgrade.
Primary Carry: Polish P64...the one pistol I trust above all others to 'get the job done.' Shoots tiny little groups with 100% reliability! Either a Fobus Paddle (made for Sig P220) or a Bianchi IWB.
Winter Carry: FEG Hi-Power. More accurate and reliable than my FN or Inglis Hi-Powers. Mec-Gar 15rd mags and Fobus Paddle Holster.
'Tight clothes' Carry: Hi Standard Derringer .22 Magnum. 'The first rule of a gunfight-Bring a Gun'
You must live in one of those gun-free zones where you're completely safe.
XD .40 Sub is the primary carry. Sometimes carry XD 9 Service.
Use a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB for both and love it.
my milage may vary

Usually a Steyr M9A1 for me, sometimes a Rossi .357.
One time a Jennings J-22 and an AMT Hardballer a couple of times.
Up until this month I was carrying a M&P40. I now carrya S&W 4516-1. I also switch off some times to my S&W 65-5LS or my S&W 3913.
I tend to switch things up now and then.
Ruger Blackhawk in .45 Colt:
When I need to do IWB carry, Ruger P345:
When I feel the need for a revo with a faster rate of reload; S&W Model 28 .357 Magnum (needs wiped down - practice pic):
CZ 82. Both accurate and built like a tank.
Usually, a FEG PA63 in a paddle holster and Kel-Tec P3AT in fanny pack. Occasionally I'll carry a Makarov or CZ82 in the paddle.
When being in-your-face political, the RIA 1911 in a belt holster.
Ruger LCP as an "ALWAYS" carry. May add something bigger for when I can conceal more, but will still carry the LCP as a BUG. Probably going to add either a Glock 26 or a Kahr P9. I also have a spurless hammer Ruger SP101 that I carry occasionally.
I carry one, love it. Pretty much tore the 10 ring out on my CCW test @ 7y (yeah, I know...7 yards), but I can keep them under fist sized at 25.
I can hide it in just about anything, including a T shirt/shorts.
I use the Pierce pinky extension on my mags though
That is a S&W M28-2 that was rebored and rifled to 45.
A M25-2 cylinder was fit to the frame and it rides in a Safariland holster. (Previously I had it in a Bianchi 5BH.)
ammo is Federal hydraShok 230 grain.
Kimber Custom II with Meprolights.
Work carry, in the pocket.
Primary carry IWB otherwise.
G-27 Meprolights, factory +1 extention, 180gr sxt's in a fobus paddle holster. That's a bad motha ------, shut your mouth!
