Sixteen primed cases of .32 WS to charge for chronographing later this week.
In a Winchester pre 64 1894

Closest thing I used in the past was those square kitty litter containers.Way too heavy when full, and the round shape wastes storage space around the bucket horribly.
I've dropped back to 3 gal size containers due to weight. 5 gal can be heavy depending on what you fill them with. I used over pack buckets with lids that screw on/off.MORE BUCKETS ARRIVED TODAY
I will eventually get all these odd-size bags, and odd-size boxes, and odd-size buckets off the floor so it doesn’t look like a CRAZY PERSON lives in my basement and garage.
This is ROUND THREE of buying batches of 5 buckets and lids. I think this batch will actually get me there.
I will now have 15 black buckets (all the same size – YAY!), and about 150 ammo cans.

Brass goes in buckets.
Ammo goes in cans.
Cans and buckets are each labeled on the outside.
Contents of each can or bucket are contained in separately-labeled ziplock bags or factory boxes.
There are a few cases of factory ammo lying around still in original cardboard shipping boxes.
Several of those in my underwear closet upstairs.
I probably won’t re-pack the cardboard cases until I’m actually using the contents of those cases.
I hope I make it far enough to use all of it up. But that seems very unlikely.
Lots of pain. Slowing down my attempts to burn it at any kind of rapid pace. Hoping it doesn’t get too much worse, or I might have to start selling/giving it.
If I don’t breathe too forcefully, it really doesn’t hurt too much.
I might buy some .22 SHORT ammo.
I’ve enjoyed shooting the ROSCO for some reason.
Takes forever to unload the empties from the cylinder, and then reload. So guess I won’t buy 10,000 rounds of shorts.
4-gallon SQUARE buckets are perfect for reloaders .
I’ll save a couple round buckets for end-of-the-world pooping. The bucket toilet seats all fit the 5-gallon round buckets.
5-gallon round-shaped buckets are THE DEVIL for reloaders. Way too heavy when full, and the round shape wastes storage space around the bucket horribly.
Except for drywall mud, and for using as an end-of-the-world **** receptacle, 5 gallon buckets are awful.
I know you got up this morning thinking how much you were looking forward to receiving a pathetic and rambling diatribe from Gary about plastic buckets.
The Uline buckets and lids are inexpensive.
Uline buckets and bucket-lids are sold separately. So be sure to separately order lids if you order buckets.

Shipping from Uline for buckets is kind of expensive – at least its expensive compared to the price of the items. Worth it if I can see my floor again at some point.
Uline ships REALLY FAST. When they say it will arrive tomorrow, it arrives TOMORROW.

Made for heavy.
When you have to store a million little expensive items, there is peace in rows and rows of stackable containers.
On-line loading data to get you started. Hodgdon, Speer, Nosler, Sierra etc. It's a good start.Sat in the reloading room for hours feeling over whelmed, seems I lost my load book in the move from Ca to Oregon. I dont remember what powders I used with what calibers so I now have to start over (I bought multiple powders for each caliber to try) Primed a couple hundred each of 44 Mag, 300 Savage, 6.5x57, 7mm Mag, 45-70 and 35 Remington.
Its going to be a long road to get load data book re-done.
Think of it this way at least your out of a communist state, a load data book is a small price to pay for freedom.Sat in the reloading room for hours feeling over whelmed, seems I lost my load book in the move from Ca to Oregon. Been there, a couple of times. Latest one was a roof leak that soaked my loading book and a bunch of my old magazines. Paper and ink don’t like wet.Sat in the reloading room for hours feeling over whelmed, seems I lost my load book in the move from Ca to Oregon. 150 ammo cans! Wow! I thought I had a lot of ammo cans when I bought 2 pallets (48 to each pallet) back when the Gulf War started plus a few others that I already had!MORE BUCKETS ARRIVED TODAY

Best of luck!Just got everything I need to start loading for my (new to me) 6.5X52 Carcano. These will be my first test rounds using a 140 GN .264 Speer Grand Slam with IMR 4895. Using Hornady dies and of course the all to popular LFCD!!!
I also have some PPU 139 GN. .268 projectiles on the way.
Somehow I was shorted two pieces of brass from PPU, probably onot the second time in about a decade that that has happened to me.
Wish me luck, in my research I’ve heard that these old rifles are pretty finicky to load for. Should be fun finding her a something that she likes. View attachment 1244313View attachment 1244315
