I would start with Article I, Section 8, Clause 3. Otherwise known as the Commerce Clause.
I think the Commerce clause is necessary and is a proper grant of authority to Congress to regulate interstate commerce. I would not repeal it outright. It does need to be restricted to its original intent as it has been used by Congress to to extend its authority to regulate to individual US citizens--citizens who as a class did not exist when the Commerce clause was written, but were created by the 14th Amendment.
The 14th Amendment, radically changed the structure and authority of the federal government. Most countries have to write a new Constitution or charter to do that. The US has done it by reinterpreting what was already written and it is a process that continues to this day. Original intent is mostly rendered moot by the 14th Amendment.
