I'll start off first... Feeding the addiction I went out and bought a Ruger

MKIII 22/45 LITE and a TS compensator to thread on the end:) 525 rounds

later I love it! Great gun, very accurate, super light, and a ton of fun to

shoot! I'm thinking of starting a club with my shooting buddies...GBA (Gun

Buyers Annonymous) Seems like we have been bitten by the bug pretty bad

here... I wonder what I will buy next weekend... Lol

Last weekend... Rugers: 1022 and GP100. Wife bought both ... I do love that woman. For a lot of reasons.

Bought this RRA AR-15 LAR pistol Saturday, Out for delivery this morning, should be in my vault tonight!

There has to be more to this story.

Pretty common for a gun not to work for me, because of my small hands, so I don't hold it against it. I think a G19 would be much better for me.

First glock, decided to "drink the koolaid" and see if it was for me, and it wasn't. There were a lot of things I guess I liked about it, but it was nothing amazing, left me with a huge "Meh" feeling, and in the end I don't have big enough hands for that gun....maybe a G19.
I didn't even shoot it. Brother in law got it as a gift, because the only gun he has been able to afford ATM is a godawful hipoint....and he has much bigger hands than I have. I have pretty small hands. I could not even begin to operate the controls without doing a lot of grip shifting, and I literally could not drop the mag or use the slide release without using two hands.
I also could not hold the gun as solidly as I would like because of the akwardly big grip, and felt that controllability would suffer for me.
It made my USP .45 feel svelte.

On the plus side, I put a mint S&W 14-4 on layaway yesterday too.

With the price and scarcity of ammo these days about a month ago I started shooting my very old Daisy pump air rifle that I've had forever. I don't even know where I got it or when. This got me to thinking I might like to upgrade my air rifle to one of the break top high powered models and perhaps a pistol also. After doing a little research this is what I came up with.
First pic is the of the three I own. The top rifle is a Gamo Bone collector. Which they claim will shoot premium pellets 1300fps.(Very Accurate) That rifle is definitely not a toy. The pistol is a pump Crossman 1377 American Classic. 600 FPS. (accuracy isn't great but isn't bad either.) I'm still working on it.;) The bottom rifle is the older than dirt pump Daisy. A guess would be about 600/700fps and the one that got me back into shooting air rifles and pistols. Accuracy is expectable but know where near that of the rifled Gamo.
It might not be as much fun as shooting regular weapons but it better than nothing, and there extremely cheap to shoot and becoming more fun everyday. I can even shoot them in my house 38ft into a box in the garage filled with old denims without stinking the place up or the need for ear protection, and it keeps me in practice for when I shoot the live ammo. As they say when life hands you lemons ,make lemonade. ;-)

Glock 23. 5th handgun + 1st Glock = 1 new fan boy. Definitely my favorite handgun so far (although there are so many left to try!)

Went shopping for a 4" stainless GP100, but since they were out of stock, I opted for the SR1911 Commander instead (rather than return home with money still burning a hole in my pocket!).

2 weekends ago, a Remington Rand 1911A1 from 1943, all correct parts, pic elsewhere on the forum.
Wife was pretty mad, but she got over it. Can't wait to do it again, either. If you ain't livin' on the edge, brother, you're takin' up too much space.

My holy grail
LNIB colt anaconda 44 mag
took it to the range yesterday and it shot awesome

S&W SW99. There were some police trade-in's on Gunbroker and I managed to snag one for just a smidge under $300. Its still in transit to the FFL so I haven't held it yet, but I've wanted one for a while. I swear about 80% of the guns I end up buying are military/police trades. :)

Rossi Large loop 45colt lever gun and the weekend before it was a Ruger New Blackhawk 45colt/45acp convertible,i'm hoping to get a 45-70 lever gun next week.
