What guns are you drooling over right now?

Do you have a gun or list of guns that you are either aiming to buy soon or else dreaming over / saving up for?

Here's mine:

-LMT 308 MWS, with an ACOG TA648 (the big fat 6x one) residing up top. Would be an awesome toy, mean woods rifle for deer, etc.

-Colt 6720 or other lightweight AR carbine. Throw an Aimpoint up top and be done with it. Great for HD or blasting.

-A decent AK in 7.62x39, traditional furniture, nothing fancy

-7mm Remington Magnum bolt gun. I've always been intrigued by the performance of this catridge. Ideally this would be a high-performance precision rifle from a custom shop. This one is a pipe dream right now.

-FN SCAR 17S. Another pipe dream due to cost, but I can't think of a more capable combat rifle.

-A tacticool .22LR, just for kicks

-H&K HK45. Gotta love a big, tough .45ACP combat pistol. FNP-45 would be a good substitute.

-A really nice 1911.

-Mauser 98k

-M1 Garand

-A decent FN FAL. Looks really fun.

-A good shotgun for busting clays. A nice over/under would be ideal, but a good gas gun is a nice substitute.

-FN FS2000. Wacky space gun that also manages to be an excellet fighting rifle.

I rented a beretta 92fs the other day at the range for fun. It was absolutely fun as heck to shoot. I would not mind owning one.

I was drooling over the P-238 and the ruger LCR, so I caved in and picked them both up.

I've been seriously considering getting into full auto next year. With my tax return and some company stock I plan on selling I'll have around $8000 or so. I've been looking at various Macs, they seem to be the most affordable of the transferable FA guns.

• Get rid of my extra g19 because I'm not even sure of why I have it?!
• Make something useful out of this pile of AR parts I've acquired
• Spike's tactical upper with rails (I don't own anything with an m4 profile barrel or an a frame front sight post...dang it, I feel like I still don't own an AR until I have those things)
• A really nice scope to go on my new (to me) AR with 24" target crowned and fluted barrel. It just looks sad with no glass
• eotech magnifier to go with the eotech on my franken-AR.
• g17 to match my 19 and the 26 I don't have
• AK to shoot all of this surplus ammo I have that came with an SKS that I don't like to shoot.
• A decent 1911 that I can carry...I seem to have sold all of the 1911's I own except for one that I don't wish to carry
• ruger blackhawk convertible in 9mm/357
• Tons and tons and tons of 9mm and 223 ammo. I mean enough spam cans I can just put cushions on them and call it a couch...I can put my real couch in storage.
• And lastly...everything at my local gun store that has a price tag

Hi quality AK47/74'tantal and VZ58 builds from several makers.....also, XD(m)s,thd talo distributors sW L frame .357s with the five inch barrels,a few CZa(82a and more modern stuff)a few Tokarevs,waffenwerks PSL/FPK builds and the odd Saiga shotty....get the feeling I am an Eastern Bloc afficionado?

I'm With Dr Rob on the Ohio Ordnance 1918A3
I want to have a Garand again, in KW fit.
I want to have an M1A again, too.
I'd like an M1 carbine in WWII fit--Inland would suffice, but an IBM would be nice.

In an ideal world, I'd find a nice VN-configured AR with open-prong flash-hider.
And, for historical consistency, I'll need some form of M4orgery.

In that same vein, I'd like a Johnson, too. And, should Ohio Ord need a new project, a semi version of the Johnson AR would be interesting.

My world, sadly, is much less perfect than that--need to win the job "lottery" else none of the rest will much matter, sadly.
