What handgun points more naturally for you

The guns that point best for me are a 1911, a Sig Sauer P220/226/228/229 or any modern HK (USP, P2000, HK45, P30, VP9). Glocks don't work for me as I don't like the chunky boxy feel of the grip and I don't like the more sever angle of the grip having learned to shoot on a 1911.

I have a hard time believing a Glock points naturally for anyone. I can understand how it'd seem that way after having learned how to shoot one.

For me, with pistols, it's 1911s, Hi Powers, CZs, etc. None of the plastic doublestacks fit my hand. They all push to the side.

I have no trouble with any revolver excepting those with funky ergonomic grips like the Hogues.

I shoot a lot of different fire arms with different actions,I shoot all 5 divisions in Idpa.The 1911 feels best in my hand and seems to point the best, but Under stress,combat shooting,shooting from retention ect.I have proven time and again that Im am better with my G19 than all my other pistols,including other glocks.

A lot of pistols feel good in my hand. The test I give is to point the gun naturally with my arm extended without much thought and then see where the front site lines up. Then I have to find the front sight by moving the pistol around a little. That's OK for target shooting when there is plenty of line up time and all the comfort in the world to adjust.
My newest pistol seems to have the best pointability quality for me. It is a CZ75B.

I am still on the hunt for a compact carry pistol that will pass that test easily. The ones I carry now will have to do until then. I will know it when I see it is my go to theory. It has only been a few decades looking so far :)

I got my Colt Navy out last not and got her all cleaned up for black powder season.

Yep, still points as good as any handgun I've yet to try. :)

My glocks all point differently for me. G19/23 points way higher than the others. Some of my Glocks have what I feel is a pretty darn "normal" grip angle.

I find a 1911 with a flat backstrap points slightly too low for my preference. I have to "lift" the gun, ever-so-slightly, and that can induce some wobbling when I start to pull the trigger. I thought it might be due to the thin grip, but I had the same problem, only even worse, with a Stoegar Cougar. And the grip on that gun is nice and fat... but the grip angle is straighter than a 1911. This problem is reduced if I stretch my neck out and hold my head real high. Not exactly how I want to shoot a combat pistol.

When I shoot my G19, I have to "duck" a little more than usual. I guess that will come naturally if someone is ever shooting back. But my general preference is for something in the middle between a G19 and a 1911. There are a lot of good guns in that area.

By combat shooting, you mean someone is shooting at you?

For me, natural pointer sidearms means drawing quickly with precision shooting on a moving target, while I am moving. In most cases, there isn't time to line up sights or I'm in a low light situation.

I've always known that 1911s were excellent pointers after training, qualifying and carrying one. Years later I learned how good 1911s can be when needed.

The 38 Super has become one of my favorite pistols while out and about on the property. My wife didn't notice this rattler while we were walking together, had her look for #2 rattler, good practice to look for a second rattler upon seeing a rattler, as I held her hand walked left. Guesstimated where it's heart was and fired, one hit stop;

Another encounter after sunset, taking the dog out after returning home from town. I was still carrying a Browning Hi-Power when this Mojave coiled back to strike as I moved toward it to close the distance. Unable to see its head, focused on the top of the recoil, very downward angle hit behind the head and gut shot it.

In the below pic is another Mojave rattler in a clump of grass, it had double struck a Bassett that was staying with me;

I have learned that CCI snakeshot in 357mag does not kill rattlesnakes, M686 P 6" and a single 125gr Remington SJHP ended this threat once and for all;

This is the only rattler head I have recovered.

These are my top three platforms for natural pointers and they have been used a number of times, including fast charging pit bulls.

I carry 1911s in 38-super, 10mm and 45auto; plus the 357mag are major calibers that can take down 4 legged critters up to and including black bears.

Some years ago as a manufacturer's rep, I sold CZ firearms. I have found that the CZ-75 may be the most natural pointing pistol ever. Anytime I put it in the hands of a novice shooter, with any size hands, they were almost immediately able to put rounds into center mass.

1911 is best, glock fanatics have a screw loose I think. Nothing special about a Glock now a days, way better options like the Springfield XDM plus you get a better grip angle.

My Glock 23 draws and points way better than my 1911's. It ain't even close. Shot timer doesn't lie. And I started off with 1911's (after I made it past the newb beginner Ruger DA/SA phase).

I carry my 1911 when I need the safeties or a trigger that matches my carbine. Otherwise it's all Glock for me.

Good for you, but for me 1911s are the best there are period. May not hold up as well as a glock in extreme torture conditions but I think a top-notch 1911 will out perform one. I AM NOT a Glock fan at all and prefer Springfields XDM or even XD over one for both angle and terms of quality.
