What happens when you shoot 223 blanks without a blank adapter?

We used to use cleaning rods to shoot at each other with blanks. We also used spent blanks jambed into the flash supressor to shoot at each other, very stupid thing to do, but it did put realism into the training, thank heavens for airsoft lol.

There's a company out there somewhere that sells a golf ball launcher adapter for standard A2 flash hiders.

On a good day, I can hit the 200 yard line with my AR-15, firing at a good 30-degree angle. Wind drift is a serious pain though...the ball tends to hit going almost sideways.
