Nothing better then having some budweisers and separating five gallon buckets of range brass.

Later today I'll go out in the shed, have a few Blackbery/Pear Mike's then several budweisers while separating rifle brass.
After I separate it by caliber I go through it again and look for berden primers.
I have been getting alot of 308 - 7.62x51 brass with berden primers.
It would be nice to be able to drill the primer pocket out for boxer primers.

Anybody need any berden primer 308 cases?

I ordered extra trays for my dehydrator and marked them to only be used with brass

Loaded some loose 45 colt and .223. Going to clean my Lee classic cast turret press soon. And polish the bare metal parts and put some barricade on them.

I buy & sell lots of range brass.
People like to know what they are getting, caliber & how many.
I hand separate the rifle brass from the pistol brass.
While separating the brass I separate the 223/5.56 brass into a separate bucket.
I also wet tumble the range brass with just water, 1/2 teaspoon of Lemi-shine, a cap full of Armor All Wash n Wax and a small squirt of Dawn Dish Soap.

Most of the rifle brass can be tumbled together.
I have the pistol sifter seperater pans. That does a great job or separating the brass by calibers.

If you followed my post I made drying racks for drying the brass after tumbling.

Wet tumbleing the brass cleans it up, when I put the brass on the drying racks I can check it out and set the garbage brass aside for the scrap bucket.
Plus I get an accurate count on the brass.

9mm, 38spl, 40cal and 45acp is quote popular, I generally get six cents per case for these.
    25acp, 380, 10mm, 357magnum, 357 Sig,41 magnum, 44spl & 44mag will bring a little more per case.

223/5.56 brass is as common as could be, I also sett that for six cents a case.

The bigger calibers bring more money per case.
    Some more then others.

One you get it separated you can list it in the classifieds on this forum and others.
It's best to use the flat rate post office boxes to ship it.
I just sent out 500 pieces of clean 9mm cases in the small flat rate box this morning for $9 & change.
I enjoy having some beers and working on the range brass.
I get free plastic buckets from the Safeway bakery to use for the different calibers of brass.

Cast up some 458 socom bullets from my new accurate mold. That guy makes amazing molds. I learned quickly I have to let the big bullets cool longer and take a break between casts.

the 525gr doesn’t really need a gas check. I’m only getting around 1000fps. I’ll powder coat them and see how they do

Sorted yesterday's wet tumble by headstamp. Got the 357's left to sort by h-stamp.

Still grinding away at the 45-70.

This morning I called in to work because of a frozen water pipe (thermometer said -24° at 5 am) so after getting space heaters and the fireplace going I had a whole lot of hurry up and wait time. I filled that time with trimming and priming the .223 brass I sized earlier this week, and setting the uniflow for 24.0gr TAC. The pipe just happened to thaw right when I got the uniflow set, made sure all faucets and toilet were working, then went to work.

After work I charged, loaded, and crimped the prepped brass with TAC and 75bthps for my preferred "Hornady Black 75gr BTHP" clone load. My AR15's love em!

This evening I pulled out another 100 pcs of LC .223 brass and sized them for more 75gr loads, pulled out 5 pcs FC 7mm Rem Mag brass and sized it for a RL23/162 interlock prove it load, then pulled out and sized 10 pcs of freshly annealed 6.5 CM brass and sized it to see if annealing messed with accuracy any.

I loaded some 9mm, and had a realignment of thought process. Before I started reloading (a month ago) I said, "I can't go shooting because I don't have any ammo." Today I thought, "I gotta go shooting, I'm out of brass to load!"

    Y'all have another convert!

That's where I am right now. I got afove gallon bucket of pistol brass all seperated.

I have a few buckets of rifle brass that I need to get separated. I use the loading blocks to sort the rifle brass by caliber.

I can toss the garbage brass and get an accurate count on what I want to sell or reload.

I need to load up some 300 WIN mag and 243 for a friend so I'll get that cleaned up.
I have lots of 308 & 30/06 in any one needs any. Hit me up.

If it didnt work well federal would not be selling them from the factory. The reloading literature is way behind documenting and discussing this highly successful process.

Nothing in the last few days! I just tested positive for the Covid. Doctor's orders are to stay hydrated, take vitamins and get plenty of rest.

I'll probably be in the loading room," getting plenty of rest" after while! ;)

Loaded 100 rounds of 9mm. Haven't reloaded in awhile, had to get my rythm back:). Modified the kicker on the LCT so it wouldn't stick on the up stroke. Super glued the UFO press light on the LCT, the self ahesive tape kept coming loose.
