Did I win a big horn armory lever action 460. It's on the wish list :)
    https://www.bighornarmory.com/product/model-90-460-sw/
I'd be just as happy with the 454 model.

Wow! Where did you find one of those? I've seen one or two on GunBroker but never in an actual store... Let us know how bad it kicks and I'm sure one of us can refer you to a good orthopedic surgeon lol

I can’t think of anything I want to kill bad enough to use a handgun with that much blast and recoil that I couldn’t kill a lot easier (and less painful to me) with a .30-06 rifle.

It's honestly not bad out of the 10+ inch S&W with compensator. One hand, let the weight carry the recoil. No rush to get back on target if the first shot was a hit with one of those bad boys.

That's why I posted a carbine. There my favorite. Physics says that if they match weight and velocity they will both kick the same so it will still be brutal.

Have you done much with shooting 45 long out of it? I’m guessing it’s similar possible issues as 38 out 357?

Is that 3 8lb jugs of H4350 I spy in the background? That's even more of a flex, lol.
But that's one nice looking revolver!

Yup they just came in today too.
You don’t want to know what they cost me.
The shipper left the 2 boxes with the powder and 3 bricks of Eley Club on the doorstep.
I live in the city on a busy street.
That’s why I drove home at lunch time so that they wouldn’t disappear.

50 skeet loads yesterday. Gonna do a few more boxes today, if my granddaughter ever wakes up.

I don’t want her to wake up with me in the reloading room, she’d freak out thinking she was left alone.

But with breakfast and cartoons on, I’m golden!

Hey, I've only been reloading since January of this year, and only for one caliber (38/357). I haven't had time to accumulate very much stuff yet. But I was actually thinking I should have gotten a bigger table, and maybe a cabinet to store all the stuff I'll probably have later.

Well, I guess we can all agree, there is no such thing as too much room! Any empty space will magically be filled with random stuff like magic! Soon you will wonder just where all your stuff came from!

Hey the UPS guy left a Areo Precision Lower receiver on our porch one day, my Retro one I just got, lol. Luckily we were home so we we able to instantly take it inside but they also delivered 4lbs of gunpowder to our neighbor once as well... That was kinda sketchy as we all have cameras on our doorbells so they were like can I help you? Then they realized I was their neighbor and were like oh ok sorry. Sigh... Fed-Ex isn't much better, if not worse...

A282C785-8903-476D-9022-F82347698BCE.jpeg Started with this (on my own and not someone else stuff) in March or April of 21(my vice to cope with a divorce). And by the end of 21, and 8 more calibers plus gunsmithing projects,
    9E615409-2DCD-458F-984D-3DBC09EC4A71.jpeg Still too small… haha

Interesting reloading gear: a trampoline and helmet... Let me guess - for bouncing between projects?

Actually, its a nice area. Sorry it came about under sad circumstances. Glad you found a coping tool, though.

Wow! You were busy last year. I like the idea of going vertical with storage. So maybe a bookcase or rack instead of a cabinet...

That's what I'm afraid of. With the kids grown and out of the house, we have lots and lots of empty space!
