Since automating my Master Caster my shooting volume has increased quite a bit.

Do you have a how to build guide for this?

Normally 4,000 each 9mm and 45ACP.

Unfortunately small pistol primers are around $130.00 Canadian/1,000.
I haven't bought any at stupid prices but by next year I won't have any small pistol primers at this rate.
I'm good for another 3-4 years on large pistol primers

Those look mean.
Good job dad, you're a good egg. Children are a blessing.Made some supper and got the kiddo ready for bed. Went downstairs to the bench. First time actually working with enforcer. View attachment 1143179Reeeeaaaalllly fine. Then my daughter brought a dummy round out of the box to show me it looked “ jus like dis lon one in the book”( just like this long one in the book for those not fluent in three year old) View attachment 1143178by George she’s right.

loaded up some “testers”. 16.2-17.8 gr of enforcer. Then messed with resizing a couple of primed 357 that were squashed and wrinkled at some point.
By that point kiddo was tired. Made it to “the curious Crandalls who sleepwalk on hills with assorted sized candles” from dr Suess sleep book before she was asleep. She was very excited about “making bullets for grandpas big pistol…”
Went out to the mailbox expecting there to be a reloading book I’ve had ordered forever, but…!!!! GrrrView attachment 1143181I’ve gotten so many of these I think I’ll use them to start the fire for my old powder sparkling display!!! And no book.
2500fps out of a 12.5in barrel?? That's actually pretty good! I think PMC 77gr match stuff states 2490fps? on the box??Deprimed the brass from my short after work range trip. Also swaged and deburred the flash holes on the Norma .223 brass I fired. Kinda disappointed that I didn't get to shoot the 7mm RM loads I made last night, there was a guy hogging the 100 yd benches with his stuff, and he was very unfriendly.
I went to the 50yd side and chronoed some stuff out of my 12.5" SBR. The new lot of TAC/75's shoots as well as I can out of it, and chronos at ~2500fps. Definitely have to load up more now!

Huh, I need to chronograph my 24in 223Wylde DMR... I bet the 52gr Hornady bthps I loaded up with a max charge of TAC are screaming!! I'm also interested in what M193 ball does...The 12.5's don't lose as much velocity vs a 16" as I expected! Factory Norma 55gr was running 2697fps avg in the 12.5", I thought that was great!
As I recall,!Hornady has a 75 gr vmax for the quarter bores that’s good to 4k fps. I knew a guy that was running 50 some gr of one of the 4350s and was getting all of that.I wanna say we chronographed some 77gr stuff before and got like 2000fps out of a 10.5 barrel? I think it was the same PMC stuff actually. So we will have to load some up ourselves! We've got an 8lb jug of TAC just begging to be turned into loud noises! Dad got 3 100ct boxes of Hornady 68gr bthps stupid cheap not too long ago, so we have some stuff to mess with. I have one box of their 75gr bthps as well. Man, now I want a long barrel 243 (22-250 brass is kinda hard to get, otherwise I'd go with that) AR-10 for a true speed demon... I think Hornady makes a 60gr 243 bullet? Yep, 65gr V-Max!
Wait, I have a perfectly good 25-06!! I have some Hornady varmint 87gr soft point bullets but idk if my 1in7.5 twist would blow them up or not...
Nice!I've succumbed to temptation while sitting in the reloading room this morning. I've been eying a single stage press for a while (been using the lee turret for this), and debating for weeks on a new powder measure or dispenser. Threw the RCBS Summit/ChargeMaster Link combo in the cart at RCBS' site- showed 399 package price, in the cart it worked out to 318$ shipped. Now to find a inline fab plate...
