What is Cabelas Dry Plus membrane?

Is it similar to Gore-Tex? Or is it some spray on stuff? If it is I don't want it.

On the other hand if its a material similar to Gore-Tex than I may buy some wet weather gear made with this material as it seems very affordable.

Anyone have any gear made with Cabelas Dry Plus membrane?

I've got it and it is a gore-tex type fabric layer. I've only used it one season but have had no complaints as far as waterproofing. is a bit noisier than I like for bowhunting but I don't know if that if that has anything to do with the dry-plus.
