I bought is because I thought I would buy it now so when the ATF deemed it illegal, mine would be grandfathered in and the price would go through the roof. What happened instead was they reniged on their original word and reposted a letter about how they changed their mine over their interpretation of the law.
Its probably why I'm not in business for myself.

I scored this on Gunbroker for $96.00 delivered.
It will be a project gun,,,
If it cleans up and shoots well,,,
I'll use it as a graduation gift for a young friend.

Ruger SR 22. It`s been 100% reliable with everything I`ve tried and quite accurate if I do my part. It also just feels good in my hand. Grip seems to have the right shape and width to it.
And just added a Knight .50 cal Big Horn via GunAuction.

Picked up another Colt MK IV Series 70 Gold Cup NM in Stainless over the weekend. The gun was there and the price was right. The gun shows very little to no wear, exceptionally tight. Hope to get it out this week and run a few rounds through it.

That is an awesome find!!!Dream gun! Vintage pre-model 10 Smith, Bo-Mar rib, unmarked slab sided bull barrel, 38 special, smooooth double action. I've wanted one since the late 70's and found it at a local auction for way too LITTLE cash!
