I love my 1915 Carl Gustav short rifle. Now I want a mint long rifle to go with. 9 hole reviews on YouTube took one out to 1100 yards with iron sights
Well, how about that!! My Carl Gustav M96 is also a 1915. (but you could never offer me enough to part with it)
After looking for a long time I found an Astra Cub at a gun show a couple of months ago. I was in the LGS last week buying the S&W 1913 a few posts up and spotted a minty Cub in the display case. It was nicer than mine but I left without it. I couldn't stop thinking about it and went in this week and made a deal on it. I listed the other Cub on the local gun site and it didn't last a day. I got $25 more than I paid for the new one. Gotta love an upgrade AND a refund!
Well today I had only planned to grab my Canik Rival out of layaway and probably a used Walther P99 AS .40 that had been sitting in the used section for a few months. There was also a Glock P80 heritage model that's been sitting there even longer that I've always looked at. It appears to be unfired to me and was still new in the box but was traded so it was used. While paying for things the owner jokingly asked what else can he make me a deal on. I mentioned the P80 that's been sitting in the case for months. He asked how much it was going for and make him an offer. It was priced for $600. I offered $450, he countered with $500. I gave it a quick thought but declined. Then mentioned $450 right as I we were finishing and I was like deal Then. So bought 3 more handguns.
Last week Tikka T3X lightweight 7mm Rem Mag w/ Vortex 4-14x. It’s 7.4 pounds decked out as shown. This week FedArm 223 pistol with 7.5” barrel
I just placed the order from Buds about 10 minutes ago,,, I've been hitting their website for over a year waiting for this color to become available. Yes,,, I like colored polymer pistols. I have a Ruger SR-22 in that raspberry (marsala) color,,, I enjoy owning matching pairs of guns and have been wanting an EC9S for a long while. So today I hit their website and lo and behold,,, They had the dang thing in stock,,, I didn't hesitate one second. I'm a happy camper! Aarond .
Gun Show last Saturday, 23rd April. Kearney, Nebraska. Bought another Colt M1903 Pocket Pistol. Nice pistol. Now I have six, have to cull the second best ones.
This past Saturday I bought a Kel Tec KS7 for my son's upcoming birthday in July. My youngest grandson will be 20 next month and has been my shooting partner since he was a tyke. I ordered this AR Pistol for him from Palmetto last week and it came in today. PaPa is a soft touch and tends to spoil his grandchildren. I gifted it to him this afternoon. His father is going to have to wait.
Came across this one & brought it home. I know AMT’s can be hit or miss but it’s not one you see everyday, I’ve only seen one other factory engraved one that was in 30 Carbine years ago. The pistol was spotless inside with no signs of being fired & was dry as a bone. She’s lubed up & ready for a range visit.
Ruger Mark I Bull Barrel model with adjustable sights. Serial number puts it as a 1971 model. Nice shape with just a little bluing wear around the muzzle. Picked it up from LGS Monday the 25th and got it to the range for the first time yesterday. Really a nice shooter, and I'm loving those wooden grips with that thumb rest. My excuse for buying it even though I've been downsizing? I've sold a few safe queen long guns; there's a little room in the safes; and a .22 handgun won't take up much space. Always room for another .22 pistol, right? ... ...
