What is the last gun that you bought?

Sarsilmaz 2000 9mm stainless

 

This old Marlin 989 M2, pre-serial numbers.
Rear sight is still there and fits perfectly under the Redfield scope I had laying around. Front sling swivel is missing. Overall in decent shape. Came with a mint condition Weaver C4 and tip off mount, but I don't care much for it.

but to be honest last gun I bought was that Tisas/SDS 1911 carry in 45 acp. I did change the safety to a standard safety, the ambi just looked like a part to break at the most dangerous time. changed the grip to a hogue fingergroove grip and never looked back. Works great, good trigger, and I been shooting and carrying 1911 A1 since I was an MP in the army reserves at the age of 17 1/2 and am now 71. Have never had an accidental
discharge (knock on wood) and never had one go off when I did not intend for it to go off. Is a long time to be associated with one type of handgun

 

only gun with longer experience is 22s both rifle and pistols, and copies and originals of SAA colts, and winchesters and marlin lever guns

 

been shooting since I was 10 years old, and big enough to hold the rifles and shotguns off the ground

 

and a wife , while not into guns does not care if I reload, or go shooting, or buy guns.

 

This Dan Wesson Vigil Government in 9mm with polished ivory G10 stocks from VZ to match the ivory paper micarta handle on my Vehement Knives Wasp.

 

Both of those are exceptionally pretty. Hats off to ya.

 

Just purchased the S&W Model 350.

 

Just got back from the gun show.
Picked up a pristine Carl Gustav model 94/14 Mauser carbine dated 1918, a sporterized Remington 1907-15 Berthier and a 9mm barrel for my Glock 27.
That was fun!

 

I bought a used Smith 637 revolver

Looks like I'm going to get one of my old guns back.
About thirty years ago I picked up a pair of Ruby .38 specials for $50 each to teach my sisters how to shoot.
One kept her gun and moved to California.
The other moved up to a Security Six.
I sold the left-over Ruby to a co-worker who was living in low-income housing and felt a bit nervous arriving after dark.
Her income has increased to the point that she's having to move to a much nicer place and she doesn't feel the need for the old Ruby.
She offered to give it to me, but I'll give her back the same $50 that I charged her... .

just got here today. Remington model 1897 rolling block in 7X57 the first model made for a smokeless cartridge

 

I've heard of a little pocket automatic in I believe.32 ACP called a ruby. Do you mean a revolver made by the same people or something?

Just got a kinda rare or should say hard to find CZ 75 semi compact.

 

Just a lil Ruger LCR in 38 +P.

 

The Ruby .38 special is similar in size and function to a S&W K-frame.
I like mine pretty well.

 

Ruger P89DC arrived at the FFL this morning. Need to replace the Pachmayr wraparound grips with the Ruger ones so I can get my hand around it.

 

where did you get that rolling block? would kinda like one of them myself
