I have a Smith&Wesson 38 revolver which belonged to my Great grandfather. It is nicle plated with pearl handles. It also is a breach load with about a 3 in. barrel. I know it is at least 120 yrs old. What would the value be on a pistol like this? It is emaculate with no rust at all and the sheen is unbelievalbe.

    Thanks

Pictures, please. Can't tell much other than a genreal guess without pictures, which will do better establishing the model, and the condition.

    Picture?? Markings?
S&W has been making various models of .38 revolvers since about 1880. We need a little more to go on.
