What is this round and what shoots it?!

There was a gentleman on castboolits a couple weeks back that was selling 10K + of WWC 42/43 .45 ACP brass that had the original corrosive primers and was selling it cheap($.03/case?). And it sold like he was selling it! Probably someone that bought it up was at your range? He did some work on the brass and found the primer pockets were smaller than would fit a LPP but too big for a SPP, that's why he was selling it so cheap.

They were crimped, and if he didn't remove the crimp, he wouldn't be able to reprime them. I saw the ad, and it didn't sound like he knew much about them.
