I just ran across this photo. It is from the Rodney King riots in LA. This is one of the Korean citizens protecting their shops from rioters. This pistol looks like a movie prop. Is it a Real Gun?

They were made in North Carolina

Right you are, but like 9mmepiphany said it is missing a mag. Not sure what the guy was thinking. So uncivilized... if he really wanted to protect something he would be better served using a more elegant weapon...
