What is this worth?

I'm thinking about selling the revolver shown below. What do you think a fair price would be? It’s a S&W Model 649 (with a Model 60 - 3 inch barrel) and an unfluted cylinder. I removed the front sight and added the grips and the Tyler T-grip and did some polishing.

$400-$450 ish would seem about right to me.

The M649 has been made in both .357 and .38 Special only. Which caliber is this one?
In any event, I think $450-$500 in my neck of the woods. But cool out of production guns rin higher out here in CA.

BTW: That is one sweet looking revolver.

It's a.38 Special only.

Looks good to me at around $450 up. Think I would start with $550 and have a little room to back off.
