I am kind of like the old geezer mentality. Been carrying a 1911 either 5 inch or 4 inch (depending on what I owned at a given time) for 21 years, totally reliable

What is YOUR favorite Conceal carry gun?

My favorite is the one I've been packing for years.

Got it at a gunshop used. Glock 26 with grip reduction by Bowie Tactical, Heine night sights. Gun cost me $400, flat, tax included.

Added a NY-1 trigger and 3.5 lb connector myself.

Packed it for years and years. Not far from my hand now. 10 shot mag with Peirce floor plate and a Glock +2 spare mag. Winchester 127gr +p+ ammo.

I've got other guns I shoot and some I use when hiking, but this one is used daily.

My everyday carry rotation include a Sig 1911 full size, Sig SP2022 in 9mm, Ruger SR40. If I need to carry a smaller carry weapon it is a LC9 Ruger, I rarely carry the LC9 though.
