I looked and didn't see what I was looking for. I have a Bushmaster A-2 fixed carry handle with a red dot attached. I want to install a scope to try my hand at prairie dogs. The question is should I get a flattop upper or install the scope on the carry handle? Next is there a particular scope made for the AR or not? I would like a 10-20X 50 scope if possible. Thanks Mac

The only issue I had was that my cheek was not resting on the rifle when I fired, which was really annoying.

I wish I would have bought a flattop upper...

Especially for a scope of that magnitude (10-20x50mm), I would bite the bullet and invest in a flat-top upper. It is the only good solution IMO. Leupold has a series of optics dedicated to the AR (the AR series), but I don't believe they have that high of magnification, and I don't know how good they are (doubt the glass is very good due to the price point). Are you sure that you want a scope that big, heavy, and high magnification?

:)

I wouldn't buy anything from ARMS.

They are currently suing everyone and their mother instead of designing new products.
