I will not carry this gun it will be home defence and a range gun,I have others to carry.
If the 75b wins Satin, blued or ss.
Buds price
CZ75 B BLK $443,Satin nickel $456 ,ss $513 and BLK W/Lazer grip $572
CZ75 SP01 $513
CZ75 C(not on my list) $467

A basic CZ 75B in 9mm will meet both your criteria equally well.

The SP01 costs an extra $100 and has a light rail which gives it a meaner look. It will also do the trick.
.

For a home defense gun, the SP-01. The 97Bs have had some issues feeding hollowpoints.

Can't go wrong with any of your choices, but for the range, the extra weight of the SP01, should help.

The P-01 is a good carry gun due to its size and light weight, but you said you won't be carrying it. I think the "regular" 75B would be more than sufficient. If you think you might want to attach a light to it in the future, go with the SP.

Any of them, but for a gun which is strictly HD, the SP01, with 19 round mag, and you could even get the CZ pigsticker! Jokes aside, the SP01 is a great duty sized pistol, and would serve well as range/HD.

I'm partial to the 75B myself , although I prefer the .40 S&W. I use mine as a carry weapon as well has HD. Bottom line you won't go wrong W/ a CZ anything

:cool:CZ 75-PO1. Why? because I have one, and aside from demonstrating superb accuarcy, reliability and human engineering, it's one fine looking little pistol.....;)

Why go CZ when you have like Sig, Glock and HK!

Sig 229 New $729.00 Very, very good pistol. One of my favorties. I can make the bulls eye hurt really bad with it.

CZ75 BD Used $250.00 gun show bargain. Got it from an individual so I didn't even have to pay sales tax. It doesn't hurt the bulls eye, it takes it clear out.

Kinda makes me feel sorry for the Sig.

I got a CZ-40P for my truck gun. Picked it up a few weeks ago for $399. Basically a P-01 in 40S&W. Very accurate and is of course CZ-reliable. For the price I like it alot.

I'm not a fan of 9mm for self defense so I didn't vote. Good bullet. Just not my cup of tea.

75B Stainless over the standard 75B, but a stock P-01 has a better trigger
out of the box.

For HD and range use, the P-01 doesn't really have any advantage. To me, the SP-01 edges out the 75B because of ergonomics. The curved trigger makes for easier reach and the raised beavertail lets the gun sit deep and snug in the hand. The light rail could be useful; it just depends on you. Personally, I would be tempted to grind the sucker off. :D

Its for home defense?

GET ONE WITH A RAIL!!!!

Or else make sure that:

A) The burglars burgle you mid-day (weapons light)

B) They turn all fo the lights on for you while robbing you at night (weapons light)

C) You never run out of ammo (bayonet)

D) You have no problem focusing on your front sight when a 300 pound burglar is running at you with a knife (laser)

If A-D are not likely to happen, get one with a rail.

Can't go wrong with any of them. You might find yourself reconsidering carrying your CZ after a few trips to the range.
