What NON-1911 auto-pistol has the best trigger?

The Sig X5 has a great trigger. Not as nice as a 1911 mind you, but the best non-1911 one I've ever felt on a pistol.

By removing the mag disconnect, and some trigger work the Browning Hi Power can have a really nice trigger.

I second the HK P7.

In a sa/da, my cz-82 has one of the smoothest triggers I've ever felt, and you can barely feel it break. On the downside, there's kind of a lot of undertravel and a tiny bit of overtravel, but it's better than any stock sig I've picked up.

I know you stipulated no 1911s but the since the Para LDA is a different trigger system then my vote goes for that.

For a service-type pistol, either a Pardini GT45 or a Sig P210. If you expand that to the high-end .32 S&W Long target pistols....well, it depends on what you prefer. I like my Hammerli 280.
