Santa packs a Colt New Service in .455 Webley. He got it from his nearest neighbor who was in the RCMP.

    This ^^^^

And if he carries anything other than a 7.5" cavalry model, I'll be sorely disappointed!

    Ivory stocks...never pearl...geez.

EDIT to add: Patton carried a Registered Magnum...well before the Model 27 designation.

I think Santa dons body armor when in north Philadelphia.

Here’s what the elves would carry: 334AE243-E66A-4488-A0BB-C1AD4F54110B.jpeg 1795E812-90D6-42B4-A25A-BBE79B0B7F3F.jpeg 7B3D8116-4B85-40D3-BBCC-8BA2F06D2549.jpeg BF209A85-7CC4-4988-9DD0-613B158F1299.jpeg 13AA32F1-9DB1-472E-BFF2-37901AAEBE3A.jpeg Smith & Wesson Model of 1903, mother of pearl stocks, factory engraved, and gold plated.

Sandy Claws don't need a gun.

The REAL Santa Claus, Saint Nicolas, was the Bishop of Smyrna and attended the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD. That council debated (and condemned) the Aryan Heresy (Arius denied the Divinity of Christ.) Saint Nicolas debated Arius face to face and used a brilliant theological argument -- he punched his lights out! :)

Nah, Santa has class. He'd carry a S&W 3rd model Double action made in 1886. After carrying it for over a hundred years, He'd probably retire it and start carrying or a Snub nose Python made in 1980.

For heaven's only knows how many decades, Santa packed a .45 Colt single-action. However, now that the cities have gone berserk, he's had to go to a 9mm Auto. He uses +P+ ammo loaded in extended magazines.

Me, were I Santa, I'd just stop delivering toyz to the hood. Cops are afraid to go in there and hey, that tells you a lot.

I guess Santa really is a saint! ;)

Not sure Santa can legally carry since breaking & entering is his job description but if he can I'd say a 44 magnum. "Go ahead punk, take my sleigh"

That was an actual photo I took. I said, "Hey Kris, settle down, dude!"

He apologized and said that things had gotten tough lately.

I told him that I understood.

Poor guy. I'd not want his job. And hey, where have all the good kids gone?! Spoiled little rats. I'd not be able to haul all of the coal to put in their shoes!

My thoughts as well. Santa travels a lot, and .357 mag is good enough for pretty much anything. Also, .357 mag ammo can be found just about anywhere. (or .38 spl can)
However, being a guy that (like I said) travels a lot (literally all over the world) I'd think he would probably have a matched pair of 'em. Like me.
    You know, just in case.

Patton carried an SAA and an S&W Registered Magnum, both with IVORY, not pearl stocks.

I love Colts, but Santa cannot carry one.

He would have to go with S&W, Ruger, or any other brand name that has Noel in it.
