I have decided to get a new gun. The local shop has these two brand new. They are both in the 350 price range that I am looking at. If anybody could help me decide let me know.

If you're down to two, go with what fits your hand the best.

Both of those options will be a great gun, and you won't be dissapointed. Preferably, I'd go with the XD (same as H2000).

Whatever fits your hands better will naturally help you shoot more accurately.

I miss my HS2000 very much even if it did help finance a Les Baer. From what I understand Springfield will warranty the HS2000 as if it had their name on it.
