This is a friend’s Kel Tec P11. Is there a way to mask/disguise this dent?

    Appreciate your help

Ignore it. Anything you do to try to "fix" it will only make it worse.

(Or tell people it happened when you were fighting off thousands of screaming terrorists in defense of the American Way Of Life.)

Cheaper way is to fill it. Let me find the name of the filler material. Matching the color is another matter.

    ignore it
replace the grip (not a good option for the OP)
make another dent just like it on the other side and act like it belongs there
fill it in and beef up the whole area a bit while you're at it
mount an accrssory in that spot (laser/light that goes on the TG)

Actually, you made a perfect locator for where your finger tip should be for safety as a reminder to keep it off the trigger. Pretty cool.
Wish I had one on my P3AT.
