Which of the following 2 scenerios would be worse?:

    1. Living under the gun control laws of a fairly gun friendly state.

    or

    2. Living in a place where you could get any new nfa weapon (post 1986 stuff) but the purchase of every firearm was treated like an nfa weapon purchase.

Would you like to be shot, or hung?

Dead is dead. There are not varying degrees of deadness.

I would rather live with the current laws of a gun friendly state.

I just dont need a machine gun.

I don't want to have to register my firearms or pay any additional taxes. Aside from the idiotic CCW laws, the present firarms laws of N.C. work just fine for me.

I can't complain too much about how we have it here in Indiana. I'd rather be legal when I take a pistol into Chicago but again, I'd rather be arrested than carried in a box. ;)

Between your two choices, the first looks more attractive to me.

I like my state just fine and I really dont think I need a NFA weapon for my personal protection.

My state is just fine, and if I had the money for a full auto weapon, I could get one here...as long as it met manufacture date standards...:fire:
