i've been wanting one for a while now.. thanks!

Gonna head out to Cabela's today to check some out too..

or any recommendation on an accurate long range rifle chambered in .270+? My budget is 1000

I recelty purchased RRA's LAR-8. Basically a AR-10. They run about 1,100 bucks. Really well built. Not sure how easy they are to find, as they seem to always be backed ordered and sell quick. Don't know if that helps any.
 
With 6 days left on the auction it will be double that by the time it is over.
I thought you were looking for an AR-10, that is a FAL and not a very good one.
