Benchmade Griptillian, Leatherman Surge and Micra, bit driver set for the leatherman surge, Streamlight Microstream on a paracord lanyard I made,
These items are on cable key chain: benchmade knife sharpener (carbide v-cutter style for emergencies), GI can opener, medicine bottle w/extra meds, and some keys.
chapstick, car keys, wallet, and a pentel energel pen, and of course my P3AT.

And a really good carhartt belt to keep my pants up! Oh and forgot, Samsung S5

I may need to consider suspenders if I add anything else...

I think that I am finally ready to leave my big lockbacks in the drawer and just carry my ol' SAK.
Yhe scissors, bottle opener, corkscrew, blades, and toothpick are too useful to leave at home

The screws were from a Becker, replaced that day with stainless ones.

I always put bottle tops (and can tabs) in my pocket. It is a bit of a compulsion.

And yes, I AM Angus MacGyver.

Schrade 3" one handed (opening) pocket clip on lock blade. I don't know model #, and I think it has been discontinued long ago.
The main backup for my S&W Model 38, unless I'm also carrying KelTec P-32, in which case, it is my second backup.
