Whats the difference between these, if any?

Sierra 50gr Blitzking with green tip
Hornady 50gr V-max with red tip
Nosler 50gr ballistic tip with orange tip

Is there any difference here except the color of the tip?

Yes there are differences other than the color of the plastic.
The makers' web sites have descriptions and illustrations, you can see the differences in bullet construction. Sierra is apparently only a little different from Hornady, but Nosler is something else entirely.
