I voted 21/1911... I'm 20, but when I'm 21 I'm buying a Sig P220, and it's pretty close to a 1911.

Well that played out completely different lol. Still want a P220, but ended up with going an entirely different direction.

22, and carry G19/26/21.

Also, I feel like I should clarify... when I said that a 220 is close to a 1911, I was talking about weight and capacity. Not manual of arms.

Hey folks, the reason the poll is closed is because this thread is two years old. Someone who answered today aught to recreate the thread with the same poll. New carry models like the Solo, Shield, and XDs and the addition of new forum members may result in new results.

31, and my primary is a Colt's LW Commander, in .38 Super. It's backed up by a couple of Govt Models, if I need/want full size, and a P32 when only a squirt gun will do.

33, I carry a tcp 738 now, I used to carry larger framed autos but recently I havent felt a need for it. The size of the 738 or a lcp is perfect for concealed carry.

What is interesting to me is that the ratio of modern guns to 1911's to revolvers is the same regardless of age group. Except that the oldest group carries more revolvers than 1911's and HP's. More people carry modern autos than anything else, regardless of age. Also that more guys 50yrs or older voted than any other group.

Although, how do you vote if you carry at least one gun from each group??? My pocket gun is modern, my summer gun is a 1911 and my cold weather guns are revolvers.

68 I have carryed them al . Now with every thing going south on me i carry a Bersa Thunder 380. It works for me. It is only to get me to my tractor or my truck. Then i have an AR with ACOG and a 1000 rds with a Glock 27 as back up.. Have a nice day.
