What's Your Favorite 9mm Pistol to Shoot?

I love my VP9. It fits my hand, has a trigger that I like and a paddle magazine release. However; the most accurate and flattest shooting is my Shadow 2 Orange. I can't wait for my silencer to graduate government school so I can shoot my Dan Wesson Vigil suppressed. I suspect that shooting suppressed will trump everything.

I don't get to shoot it anymore, my Dad sold it 35 years ago, but the Browning Hi-Power he had. Second would be the CZ Shadow 2 Blue I worked on last summer for a friend. Well, I had to test fire a few hundred times, right? ;) The trigger kit I put in for him made a nice trigger way better.

Why is it we sometimes feel obligated to apologize or somehow feel “odd” for liking Glocks?

You should not feel obligated to like a Glock. They are good shooters, but...

I enjoy shooting my Glock 17 at the range, it is one of my favorite range toys. I do not like so much carrying it since it has no mechanical safety.

In 9x19, I like my 1911, Hi-Power, S&W M&P, and H&K P30SK. It would be tough to pick a best.

My Luger P-08 is fun to shoot due to historical value.

I have several 9x19 revolvers that I enjoy shooting.

A Remington R51 would be at the bottom of the list. I kept my first generation model as it does not have many of the issues that were generally associated with the R51. It just does nothing well.

My first is still the "favorite", a MKII Browning. Yeah the small sights are a pain with my old eyes now but I still like the heft and the feel of it when I shoot.
A close 2nd would be the Sig 228 that I bought back in the 90's. It's a little "flashier",(It's a two tone version), but it also fits my hand well.

Guns are just tools, so I don't get sentimental, attached or frolic with them in the Jacuzzi. I'm a equal opportunity shooter and treat all guns in similar regard unhampered by prejudices or preferences.

My favorite one to shoot is my Glock 19C. The slide is ceracoated in burned bronze, and it has trijicon sights and a TLR light/laser attached. It lives in my nightstand.

I didn't have Internet for a few days.

It was a lot of fun to come back and see everyone's extremely cool 9mm pistols. :)

Same. mine is also VP9 and the flattest shooting gun for me was Tanfoglio which is pretty much a CZ

I guess I’ve won the most with my SV’s, my 9mm/45 acp one being my favorite. Pretty beat up after a few hundred thousand rounds but one I trust.

I learned the most with the STI wide frame I picked up off a prize table and build a shorty open pistol out of and subsequently matched to a commander length slide for ESP. Would never go through the work again but would be one of the last pistols I would ever sell do to time involved, matching two slide/barrel combinations to the same frame.

I would venture that the gun with the highest density of fun per cubic cm is a my BHP, closely followed by the 226.

It was back in the day, but I understand the FBI HRT's reluctance to give up their tuned BHPs. They simply shoot.

Back when I was young, dumb and full....of myself just surviving on ramen noodle soup or Mac and Cheese I would shoot a 92FS Taurus because 9mm was inexpensive . Have not shot 9mm in more than 30 years. Basically shoot only 22 and what I in this case .357. For fun I shoot 10mm, 45acp and 22lr or 22 magnum. I keep 9mm for the wife. This is the Taurus I talked about.
