If thats not evil, I dont know what is.

09/17/2004. First payday and night off after the AWB was no more.

Had the upper, stock, mags an ammo some time before. Got the lower that friday.

Saiga .223, September '08. I'm in the process of doing some mods, including a paint job, so it won't be all black for much longer.

My Uncle Sugar loaned me one from '78 to '82. In 1983 I bought an HK 91 as my first personally owned EBR. There have been quite a few that have come and gone since then. I still have a few around here somewhere...

Well my Dad & Brother were military men as I am now so I was always exposed to whatever the US military had in the arsenal. My brother had a AR bought in 1977 and I have pics from 1977 with me as a 3 year old holding it. When i joined the army I figured I would do something with weapons repair. So I enlisted as a 45B. Since then I have built so many AR's/M16's that I honestly can not count. Ofcourse all of mineare Frankenguns to include my AK's.

My first one was free and I got it in 1965, an M-14. I got several rifles for free between 1965 and 1970 come to think about it, mostly M-14's and M-16's.

When I turned 18 and could legally buy rifles my first purchase was a preban Colt Lightweight Sporter chambered in 7.62x39. That was back in 1997 and I paid $900 for it.

I always wanted one, but there were always other things higher on the priority list.
When Obamalama won the election, It moved to the top of the list.
I turned to Wifey while watching the news the morning after Election Day, and told her I'd have an AR in the vault before the end of the month.

Nov 8, 2008, there's a MP15T sitting there.
