Things ebb & flow all the time. A couple of years ago Turk Mausers were all the rage & then they vanished, now they are back again. Same with Enfields, German captures, etc. They'll be back eventually (once someone discovers a warehouse full of them somewhere in eastern Europe 
).
Best advice I can give is to jump on a good deal when it comes along as it won't be around forever.
