Does anyone know of a source for the clamshell-type AR-10 receiver vice blocks, to use for barrel nut removal and reinstallation?

Alternatively, you can clamp the barrel into a vise. Measure the outer diameter of the bbl and drill a block of hardwood (preferably oak or maple) the same diameter. Then saw in half on a bandsaw and you've got instant barrel vise custom fitted to your barrel.

Any savings realized may be sent to me c/o Oleg. ;) Wham!

Ouch! OK, Oleg, I was kidding.
