Which auto loader has the worst trigger?

LC9, it takes 5 mins to pull the trigger. The trigger pull on my Bodyguard in .380 is actually pretty good.

SIGMA
worst I have shot anyways.
heaviest trigger pull on any gun I have ever shot. Not sure what S&W was thinking on that one.

I find it funny how many people complain of some of these guns that have long heavy triggers. Me thinks that some of these people have weak grip and finger strength and need one of these !!! God Bless :)

The CZ RAMI takes some time to get used to for sure. I did, and love the weapon for CC. However, I will, someday, get the trigger re-worked...

Worst trigger in my experience was a P64. Second place goes to a KelTec PF9, followed up in third place by a T-series Browning Hi-Power.

I never felt anything so horrendous as a Walther P38 in DA mode.
I even strongly suspect no-one ever actually used a P38's DA.

The DA pull in my CZ70 has to be 15# or more. The SA pull is decent but the DA pull will put hair on your chest.

I fired a friend's Sigma and it was by far the worst trigger I've ever felt. I kept thinking a safety was on. Unbeleviably heavy and very gritty. I've passed on a couple of S&W pistol because of my experience with the Sigma.

My FS S&W M&P 9mm has a terrible pull.Weighs in at 7lbs and gets very stiff and heavy,then crunch...bang.

the SA is target trigger, the DA is along the lines of one of the grip trainers, many think that the gun is broken when first trying DA.

That said, the KT P11 has been compared unfavorably to a staple gun, most though the staple gun had the better pull.
Second.
The P-64 is ridiculous.

I will also nominate the P-64. Ghastly. Although the fix (new springs from Wolff) is pretty easy.

Go find a P-64 with it's original springs. Then come back here and let us know if you still feel the same way...if you are here in Virginia Beach like I am, go to Superior Gun and Pawn. They have one there for you to try out.

heaviest has to be a AMT Backup 45 well over 20#, that said I'd rather have heavy and smooth over stagy, mushy and inconsistant so my vote would go to XDs

the worst I have is a glock :barf: the worst I've had was a sigma , that had to go !:barf::barf: I'm sure there are worst out there , ,but they have never made it into my house :D

I have to give a vote for the vp70. First time I shot it I asked if something was broken internally.
I have shot a p-64 and did think it was that bad, but in hindsight I believe that gun had been worked over.

I always thought the walther p99 was pretty bad.

The P99 you handled must have been:

A) Broken.

B) a P99QA model.

The P99AS has a reputation of having one of the best DA/SA triggers out there. Definitely the best trigger of any striker-fired pistol I've ever shot. The out-of-the-box SA trigger rivals that of many 1911s.

D/A on a PPK is pretty damn bad, but not as bad as my USP 45. Combine a heavy, gritty trigger pull with a polymer trigger and you get a flexy trigger thats hard to pull.

<deleted>
there are MANY types of 'bad' triggers
heavy is one
gritty is one
'springy' is another
long, is usually described as 'not good' but I know of many who like a staging long trigger

to call someone....
here go put this in the post and NOT that, then come back and eat crow
