Which barrel for a Glock 45?

To me it looks like it is a 19 slide on a 17 frame. Does it take 19 parts on top or something different?

Looking for a threaded barrel to put in one and not sure what I need.

According to what I have found the Gen 5 G19 barrel fits the G19X and the G45. Now, I do not know for sure if Gen 3 & 4 barrels for a Gen 5 gun. From what I have gleaned in searches that question comes up a lot but there aren’t a lot of firm answers. It always seems that someone “heard of one guy doing that” but nothing definitive. At least from what I have seen.
