...would you recommend for my .32 caliber (yes, that is correct) black powder percussion revolver?
And where would be the best source to either order/purchase these .32 caliber lead round balls and/or a mold to cast my own?

I use a 00 gang buckshot mold .33 for my .31 '49 Pocket. I cast pure lead, think it would work for you. "Store bought" buck is a little harder but would be ok for .32s.

For seating harder lead without putting all that strain on the loading lever and arbor, the cylinder loader from Dixie Gun Works is an EXCELLENT tool. It’s the only way I reload now since it saves time and is more ergonomic.

I like that cylinder loader, but I am not sure it would work with my .32 Pepperbox...

    Nice seasoning implement!

I noticed what looks like a screw head sticking out of the front edge of the grip - does that not interfere with your grip? I've never shot a pepperbox, so don't know if that's "normal" or not- kinda looks like a hammer spring adjustment.

Is there any way you can get an accurate measurement of your bore diameter? Slugging the bore with a slightly oversized lead ball or bullet would be ideal, or making a cast. As with other calibers there can be variations in true bore diameter from one gun to another. I just hope you can avoid investing in a lot of balls or a mold that is less than perfect for your revolver.

keen observation, that is actually the mainspring strain screw...

when I back out that strain screw enough to ease the tension, the mainspring almost literally falls out from the grip frame...

you just adjust your grip as necessary, but nothing can be done about that protruding screw head

I think I would replace it with a set screw maybe with an Allen socket, anything to get that thing flush with the grip frame. But that's just me.

On second thought, how DO you load that thing with an oversized ball? Is there a tool you use?

capandball loaded one using a loose ball with a tight fitting wad over it.
But a patched ball could also work.
