If you were told you were to be given one of these 4 semi-automatic rimfire rifles for free which would you chose?

Ruger all the way. But I guess it all depends, would you ever want to upgrade any components? If so, go Ruger. If not, pick which ever one you think looks better, as I'm sure they're all equally plinkable.

I have a standard Ruger. I've had a Remington 597. Haven't had the other 2, but I'd say the Ruger would be a good choice.

Already have 2 Rugers. I would pick the TC. But since you are giving them away I'll take what ever is in the box.

Definately Ruger or T/C.

The Ruger magazine design is better.

The T/C is very likely a higher grade gun, and maybe more accurate.

The 10/22 T is what I'd pick - the TC would be my second choice. My stainless 10/22T model has served me well for the last several years. With the price of ammo these days I'll be leaning on it even more.

Ruger. No love for $700 hot-rod 10/22s, but that's a nice-looking (and nice-shooting, I imagine) rifle bone stock, and there are a thousand aftermarket parts you can add on here and there to your liking.

Have a 64, and while it shoots great, it's just a plain-jane $100 utility rifle - seeing it in a pretty laminated stock just looks wrong.
Also have a 597, and the accuracy isn't anything to go nuts over. Adequate, but not "wow."

No experience with TCs, but it just looks funny to me. :p
