I've found that no matter how much I spend on good leather and a good belt, if the gun is too heavy and bulky, I just won't lug it around.
I would probably gravitate toward the 320 of the list. I'm experimenting with a single stack .45 currently as I tend to leave my compact .40 and 9mm double stacks at home. Even the tried and true .38 j frame is a bit bulky for pocket carry.
I've decided to try a thumper of a caliber in a thin and compact flavor.
However, of those any would do the trick. Personal preference, for sure.
