Is it better to buy springs by the foot and cut them to length? Or get the "right spring?"
I've put lots of rounds through my 590 Marinecote and I've replaced the spring once before. I keep the mag tube fully stuffed and I think maybe that contributes to the springs' early demise. In any case I had a couple "short shucking" moments in a recent Multigun match that I attribute to a weak spring.
So enlighten me please. Thanks!
