I have a CZ75B SA. I have carried a Beretta M9, and shot other 92 series as well. I have shot G19 and G17 and some of the other Glocks.
My CZ went with me to the range today. It goes almost every time. It's boring - it shoots straight, every trigger pull, and kicks the brass out. There are many variants on the CZ design, including polymers if the steel or aluminum ones are too heavy for your britches. Most of them, except the decock ones, can be carried single action-style, cocked and locked. If you like a NICE, consistent trigger, your CZ will have one out of the box. If it isn't nice enough for you, it is easily upgraded.
Berettas are boring, too. They have shorter trigger resets than my CZ. They seem to shoot straight, and kick the brass out every time. The safeties on the ones I had in the service don't seem to hold up long-term, but they are replaceable items if they wear out, so it's really not that big of a deal.
Glocks are boring. They shoot well. They don't fit my hand at all. The triggers on all but one I have fired ... are not to my taste at all. That one was a gun set up for competition, and had a very smooth, short, crisp, 3.5lbs trigger. Nice trigger, and fun to shoot. For a comp gun, it would be fine, but I wouldn't carry that thing on a bet.
Neither would the man who owns it - he carries an HK P2000. But he always uses it for his comps.
There are many fine guns out there. These three basic versions you have picked are all among the best. For me, I like the Beretta, Sig, and CZ designs best. The Beretta and CZ fit my hands best. The CZ75B SA with a Hogue wraparound grip is my go-to in a 9mm, full-sized gun. If you want to get what someone else likes best, buy that one.
