who are your favorite online reloading supply companies?

Powder Valley for any HazMat stuff. They're component prices are very good, so the $20 fee doesn't hit as hard. Also, they seem to keep a good inventory and their response time is fast.

Midway is the old standby. Prices are usually good. Website is excellent. Customer service too. My only beef is with shipping prices, but if you order enough stuff, it becomes irrelevant.

I like Brassman for once-fired brass. Nice people, solid product at good prices.

Grafs and Wideners are OK for a few niche things, but I don't use them much. I use Wideners for SS109 bullets, GP11, and occasionally powder if Powder Valley is out, but that's it.

Natchez seems a little high, so I don't use them. Never used Midsouth, so I can't say.

I've been buying stuff from MidwayUsa for two years now, bullets, brass, reloading supplies. I just made my first order with Wideners, yesterday, 11,000 Wolf small pistol primers delivered for $229, I can't come close to beating that locally, thats an awesome deal!:D I'm impressed with thier website, I'll probably be buying more stuff from them.

So for me, its Wideners and Midwayusa.

Awhile back I placed an order for Nosler 40 S&W bullets with Cabelas, they got the order all screwed up and it took them 10 days to get it delivered, not doing that again.

yes, i just ordered some lee stuff from wideners. they do indeed have great prices.

another place i really like is

www.cheaperthandirt.com

pretty good prices there too but i cant find primers or powders there.

one really good thing about them is they have a 24hr toll free order line. in fact its 1130pm here now and i just got off the phone with them.

gotta love 24hr phone help.

It's been said before (and before this thread): no one place is going to have:

1) everything you want

AND

2) in stock

AND

3) at the best price

AND

4) with the best rates on S&H.

Probably the most annoying thing these days (and reloading suppliers are no different than anyone else) is inventory. All businesses try to keep costs down by inventory control, and often this means being out of stock / on backorder. Nothing that can be done about it, really.

Whatever the reasons at any given time, most of what I buy comes from Midway, Powder Valley, or Natchez.

For primers and bullets, only place I'll do business with (online) is Powder Valley. They are superb. Great prices, incredible customer service, and very fast shipping.

For all else, Midsouth Shooters Supply is my number one choice.

After Midsouth, it is a coin toss between Cabelas, Brownell's and Midway. I'm not a fan of Midway's shipping, but last order I placed, the shipping was--amazingly--in line with everyone else's.

Maybe they're getting the message?

F&M pissed me off to no end. Put simply, THE WORST gun-industry related experience I've had in over forty years.

Jeff

I've used Powder Valley, Midsouth Shooter's Supply, Grafs, Midway, Wideners, and Natchez recently and have been happy with them all. Midway and Midsouth seem to ship the fastest. I had a silly issue with Natchez, but it got staightened out and will use the again if their prices are right.
