So a fairly large law suit has been filed with regards to the stabilizing brace ruling and the primary plaintiff is Firearms Regulatory Accountability Coalition, Inc., (along with 25 state attorney generals, SB-Tactical and others).

We have lots of thread on the pistol brace so I am hoping this thread will focus on information pertaining to this relatively new pro-2A group. I had never hear of them before the lawsuit was filed. It seems they started in 2020 but I can't seem to find much more information about what and who they are? If you know please share you links and knowledge.

This is the organization's website but I would like more information about the organization from trusted third parties.

Here is what the Firearms Regulatory Accountability Coalition, Inc states on their website: https://www.fracaction.org

About Us
The Firearms Regulatory Accountability Coalition, Inc. (FRAC) was created by industry leaders and its stakeholders to improve business conditions for the firearms industry by ensuring that firearms regulatory agencies, including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), operate in a fair, transparent, and consistent manner. Businesses deserve a fair and predictable regulatory and legal environment.

FRAC serves as the premiere national trade association representing U.S. and international firearms manufacturers, importers, and innovators on regulatory and legislative issues impacting the industry in the United States

The organization has some big names as members. I know that Palmetto State Armory is a member. PSA is also selling a special themed lower called the Brace-15 and a certain percentage of sales is going to FRAC to help with the lawsuits against the brace rule.

I thought the National Shooting Sports Foundation was the "premier industry representative".

This clearly computer generated image from their website makes me very suspicious.

I checked with a lobbyist buddy and he says he's not heard of them.

That's why I am asking. They just seemed to pop up and I can't find any good concrete third party comments on them. Before you can support them you need to know and trust them.

G&G pointed out yesterday that NSSF hasn't filed any lawsuits against this rule.

I just checked their website, here's what they have as "trending topics"

And here are their current policy fact sheets:

FRAC meanwhile filed a very well argued lawsuit already, together with SB Tactical, 25 states, and a wounded warrior:

That is why I asked, I saw a video about their law suit and that got me interested in learning more about the group and so far I have not found much.
