I would like to buy a leather holster for a browning 1911-22. This is the scaled down version of a full sized 1911 .45 ACP
If there is a THR member who manufactures custom holsters I would like to conduct business.

I drew up plans for a scaled down GI flap holster when I first saw them.
And planned to make me me one when I got the Browning .22.
Unfortunately, I still don't have one yet.

    If I were you?
I would contact El Paso Saddlery and see if they can or have done it yet.

I picked up a 1911-22 last year for a little father/daughter fun, and have been dealing with the same issue. after doing some looking around I think im gonna go with the GI "flap style" Browning offers, I think itd compliment the "no frills" look they decided to go with when they released this sweet little pistol. its not a target gun by any means, but it definitely has put the fun back in shooting.
